Licensing

1. Sync License (Film / YouTube / Video)

A Sync License allows you to use a Beyond Dusk song in a visual project such as:

  • YouTube or TikTok videos

  • Short films

  • Advertisements

  • Podcasts

  • Trailers

  • Intros/Outros

Includes:
✔ Use in one specific project
✔ Platforms allowed (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
✔ Required credit: “Music by Beyond Dusk LLC”

Does NOT include:
✘ Remix rights
✘ Sampling rights
✘ Use in multiple projects

2. Commercial Use License (Business / Promotions / Brands)

A Commercial License is required if you want to use a Beyond Dusk track for business purposes.

Typical uses:

  • Brand promotions

  • Store/event background music

  • Social media ads

  • Business content

Includes:
✔ One business/project
✔ Commercial use for advertising or promotion

Does NOT include:
✘ Resale of the music
✘ Uploading the track by itself
✘ Use in multiple businesses

3. Remix / Derivative Works License

A Remix License allows you to create a new version or remix of a Beyond Dusk track.

Includes:
✔ Permission to remix/edit
✔ Permission to release with written approval
✔ Negotiated royalty splits

Does NOT include:
✘ Ownership of original music
✘ Release without approval
✘ Using stems in sample packs

4. Sampling License (Use in Your Own Song)

A Sampling License allows you to use a portion of a Beyond Dusk track inside your own musical work.

Includes:
✔ Sample use in one new song
✔ Distribution rights with approval
✔ Negotiated royalty splits

Does NOT include:
✘ Unlimited usage
✘ Reselling loops or stems
✘ Using full acapellas without approval

Licensing Pricing Guide

Below are standard starting rates for licensing Beyond Dusk LLC tracks.
Final pricing may vary depending on project size, usage, and distribution.

Sync License (Video / Film / YouTube / Podcast)

  • YouTube or TikTok video: $25–$75

  • Short film: $75–$150

  • Podcast background or intro: $25–$100

  • Advertisements & promotions: $150–$300
    Required credit: “Music by Beyond Dusk LLC”

Commercial Use License (Business / Brand / Promo)

  • Small business promo or ad: $50–$150

  • Social media marketing: $75–$200

  • Event or venue background music: $50–$100

Remix License (Derivative Use)

  • Remix permission fee: $50–$150

  • Royalty split: 10–40%

  • Release requires written approval

​

Sampling License

  • Sample fee: $30–$100

  • Royalty split: 10–50%

  • Limited to one (1) new song

Prices listed are base rates. Large brands, high-visibility projects, or commercial campaigns may require custom pricing.
