End User License Agreement

Beyond Dusk LLC — Digital Audio Download

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Beyond Dusk LLC (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”).
By purchasing and downloading the audio file, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms below.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the audio file for personal listening only.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall NOT:

Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly share the file
Upload the file to streaming platforms, social media, or content sites
Modify, remix, alter, sample, or create derivative works
Use the audio in any commercial, promotional, or creative projects
Claim ownership or authorship of the music

3. Ownership

All rights, including copyright, remain the sole property of Beyond Dusk LLC.
No rights are transferred by this Agreement.

4. Termination

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates this license and may result in legal action.

5. Legal

This Agreement is governed by applicable U.S. copyright law.

Licensing

This product does not include any commercial, synchronization, remix, sampling, or derivative-use rights.
To license this music for films, videos, games, performances, or other commercial purposes, you must obtain written permission from Beyond Dusk LLC.
